Replacement Policy
Overview
At Skull Lifestyle, we offer replacement only — we do not accept returns or provide refunds. Our replacement policy is valid for 7 days from the date the product is delivered to you. After 7 days of delivery, we will not be able to process any replacement request.
Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- It must be in the original packaging
- ⚠️ A 360-degree unboxing video must be provided, clearly showing the product and the damage or defect
Replacement Will Not Be Accepted If:
- The product shows signs of use
- The item is not in original condition or has missing parts (not due to our error)
- The request is made after 7 days of delivery
- The required 360-degree video is not submitted
Important Note
- We offer replacement only for damaged or defective products
- Replacements are provided for the same item only
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances
Shipping & Replacement Timeline
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Replacement processing takes 7 to 10 days after approval
- Delivery time may vary depending on your location
