Replacement Policy

Overview

At Skull Lifestyle, we offer replacement only — we do not accept returns or provide refunds. Our replacement policy is valid for 7 days from the date the product is delivered to you. After 7 days of delivery, we will not be able to process any replacement request.

Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • ⚠️ A 360-degree unboxing video must be provided, clearly showing the product and the damage or defect

Replacement Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product shows signs of use
  • The item is not in original condition or has missing parts (not due to our error)
  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • The required 360-degree video is not submitted

Important Note

  • We offer replacement only for damaged or defective products
  • Replacements are provided for the same item only
  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances

Shipping & Replacement Timeline

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Replacement processing takes 7 to 10 days after approval
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location
